FAQ's

How to place an order?

Every ('click') piece posted in the 'shop' section for sale has a special item code. You can take this code and email it to: amroberts149@gmail.com to receive the availability. The price for each piece does not include GST/PST/HST. The final price will include any sales tax plus shipping charges, depending on the province that it is shipped to.
All prices are in CAD $. Prices posted in the 'shop' section on www.andrearobertsdesign.com is subject to change without any notice at the sole discretion of Andrea Roberts.
For custom design orders allow up to 3-4 weeks before a piece is shipped. Please note, that colors of gems featured might vary slightly due to different screens.Please note for each custom order a downpayment of 60% of the retail price is required to confirm your custom order. The remaining 40% will be due upon pick up or prior to the day of shipping plus any GST/PST/HST.

Andrea Roberts Design will not ship to a P.O. Box only to a full address with a Postal code. Once the piece has been shipped you will receive your shipping tracking code via email same day. Any shipment includes a signature with your delivery. At this time I only ship throughout Canada to individuals 19 years of age and over. I will not be responsible for any loss or damage once the piece has been shipped and during shipment.

Payments
You can easily pay with e-transfer through your safe online banking portal. If you are not familiar with this online pay method, your banking service will be able to help you. It is very similar than paying with your debit card. The only difference is, it is done online. Before you are ready to make your payment, please email: amroberts149@gmail.com I will respond and email you guidelines for further instructions. e-transfer is an easy and very safe payment method.

Quality
Every piece is uniquely hand made with the utmost care and highest quality standards using sustainable production methods that embody my creative vision and energy. You can expect to receive a Certificate of Authenticity together with each piece that shows the item code together with material, gem, dimensions,size, logo and material descriptions. It will also include the picture of your piece and my signature of guarantee. Please keep this Certificate for any pearl repairs (view Repair Policies below). Each piece is stamped with my logo and material hallmark.

Returns
As for the reasons above I won't accept returns. If you need more clarification regarding a piece or true color description before a purchase, email me at: amroberts149@gmail.com I will do my best to answer any of your questions.

Repairs
Each piece is crafted with the highest quality and safety standards including materials, gems and pearls. However, it might happen that your pearl necklace needs repair after extensive wearing. All of my pearl necklaces are strung with a high quality silk thread which is commonly used in the trade. It does go through wear and tear and within times it could get a bit brittle on some spots.

Keep your Certificate of Authenticity and if it does happen that your pearl necklace breaks within 1.5 years, send it back to me (with Xpress Post and signature). I will repair it for free no questions asked. The date on the Certificate will determine, if your repair will be free of charge.

Shipping information
Email your item code to amroberts149@gmail.com and receive the availability response of the piece that you would like to purchase. Once I have received your payment by e-transfer, your piece is ready for shipping via X-press Canada Post. It usually takes 2 business days. Give 1 or 2 days extra, if the piece is available. When a piece that you like is not available or if you have any special custom orders that will take time to make, allow extra 3-4 weeks depending on the design. Please note for each custom order a downpayment of 60% of the retail price is required to confirm your custom order. The remaining 40% will be due upon pick up or prior to the day of shipping plus any GST/PST/HST.
